+CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
El Vitto takes customer satisfaction very seriously this is the reason we try to quickly and accurately process all orders.
If you have placed an order mistakenly or made up your mind after the purchase, you are eligible to cancel your order within 60 minutes after making the purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us here as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that if you have overstepped the 60 minute cancellation period you are no longer entitled to have your order cancelled.

+ HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process

+ WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

+ REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days!

+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.

+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at shop.elvitto@gmail.com to initiate the process and include your order number in the subject field.

+ I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have received the wrong item as mistakes do happen occasionally, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Please contact as at shop.elvitto@gmail.com with your order number in the subject field.

+ WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
Check all external locked mailboxes

Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at shop.elvitto@gmail.com with your order number in the subject field.

+ HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will automatically receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

+ DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).

+ WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
